DELIVERY

We dispatch all parcels from Denmark with GLS or UPS. We use insured parcel service and you receive a tracking number when we ship the order.

We process all orders as quickly as possible. All orders are fulfilled at our warehouse in Denmark within 1-3 business days. All customers paying by credit card, will, however, be subject to validation controls GAI+LISVA reserves the right to delay an order if we consider further security control to be necessary. When your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number of the package.

Receive your gifts in time for Christmas

Within EU:

Order between 12 and 17 December (latest) at noon.

Outside of EU:

Order between 10 and 12 December (latest) at noon.

Tax & customs

All prices displayed are including danish VAT. Any local tax, VAT and customs specific for your country may apply. Rates and charges may vary depending on your location. Local tax, VAT and charges will not be refunded by GAI+LISVA in case you return your item(s). Any extra charges (customs, VAT & tax) associated with returning items is the customers responsibility.

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to the United Kingdom
