Our warehouse is shipping orders between Christmas and New Year's. 

If you live within the EU countries and wish to make a return, please follow the guide below. The return fee is 10€ which we will deduct from your refund. The refund will be issued as to original payment. Please allow up to 10 work days before your return is processed and completed.

How to return:

Enter your email address and your order number (eg. #12345)

Choose the item(s) you wish to return

Enter the reason for return (voluntary)

Choose "money back"

You will receive a return label.

GAI+LISVA accepts return goods for up to 14 days after the package is delivered. All return items must appear in unused condition and in original packaging upon return. Goods that have been damaged or altered visibly will not be accepted and sent back at the customer's expense.
Return items may not be sent by paid on delivery or to pick up points.

It is the customer's duty to pay shipping costs and any other expenses in regards to sending the return package. It is the customer's responsibility to wrap the package safely and securely, and it's important to get a receipt and track and trace numbers. Please note that you are responsible for the items until it has been accepted at our warehouse.

As soon as we have received and accepted your package the purchase amount will be credited to the account originally for the order.

Please note that it can take up to 10 weekdays until the credited amount is visible on your account.
The customer is liable for any decrease of value the item may sustain during handling, apart from the necessary handling required to determine size and fit. You are welcome to try on the items the same way you would in a physical store. But you are not permitted to use the item or remove the tags. If you use the item in a way in a way that impacts our ability to sell the item at full price, you are liable for any cost reduction. This amount will be deducted the refunded amount.

In the case an item no longer carries any retail value, the purchase amount will be retained to cover the loss of said item. Missing or damaged packaging may constitute a diminished value of the item, so please return the item in original packaging.

If you wish to exchange your order to another size, colour, or item please do so by placing a new order on our webshop.
 

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel without providing reason within 14 days from the date that the package is delivered.

Partial cancellation

Your right of cancellation usually applies to the entire order as a whole. We do offer you the chance to partially cancel your order. The procedure and terms are the same as if you were returning the entire order.

How to cancel your order

To exercise this right, you will need to send your return parcel to our address above. All return items must appear in unused condition and in original packaging upon return.
Please place a copy of your order in the package. If you no longer have the original document then please provide us with the following information:

- Order number
- Name
- Address
- Date of return 

    Claims

    In case of claims, please register your claim here. You will receive a return label to return your claim to us.

    You can also contact Customer Service before returning your products. Please attach a photo of your claim.

    Our office and Customer Service is open every weekday from 9am to 4pm and Friday from 9am to 3pm.
    We strive to reply to all inquiries within 24 hours.
    Our office is always closed during weekends, national holidays, week 29/30 and the days between Christmas / New Years Eve.
    Our phone is closed and an extended response from Customer Service must be expected.
