Returns & Exchanges
It’s completely okay to change your mind.
We gladly accept returns of items purchased on gai-lisva.dk within 14 days of receipt.
HOW TO RETURN
- Register your return online and download your QR code for the return label here.
- Please ensure that the item(s) are unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Remove or cover any old labels on the return parcel.
- Then drop off your parcel at your nearest GLS parcel shop by presenting your QR code.
RETURNS
We offer free returns. Please remember to include the packing slip that was enclosed with your order.
Once we have received and processed your returned items, you will receive a refund within 10 business days. The refund will be credited to the card used for the purchase. For your own security, please keep your receipt until you have received your refund.
EXCHANGES
If you have requested an exchange, it will be processed and shipped as soon as possible after we receive the returned item. You will receive a tracking number once the exchange has been dispatched.
Please note that exchanges may be cancelled if the item is out of stock. In this case, the return will be processed as a standard return and refunded accordingly. Please keep your receipt until your refund has been received.

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at
webshop@gai-lisva.com.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos if necessary, so we can assist you as efficiently as possible.

Please include a copy of your order in the parcel when returning.
Once we have received and approved your return, the amount will be refunded to the payment card originally used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, size, and fit of the item. You may try on the item as you would in a physical store, but you must not use it or remove tags and hangtags. If the item has been used in a way not permitted in a store and cannot be resold at full price, a deduction for depreciation may be made from your refund.
If the item no longer has any resale value, the purchase amount will not be refunded.
Missing original packaging may result in a reduction in value, so please return the item in its original packaging.
